1. EVE Online has a beautifull universe, but... - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
I agree with the OP. However, a year ago I would not have agreed with the OP, and in 2008, I would have berated the OP. You see, everything is relative. These days, one has to compare Eve Online with upcoming games, such as Elite: Dangerous. I ...

3. Valkyrie confirmed for the PS4 - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
I can see Elite: Dangerous superseding Eve Online, DUST, and Valkyrie because eventually it should be all these games rolled into one. The only thing that Eve Online should do better are the big battles, which is a doubtful advantage given the lag.

Why can't we dock our ships in space stations in a similar way to this Are there any technical limitations? Obviously, for us it would be from a 3rd person perspective, but I think that might be better because we'd be able to see other ships ...

8. Sticky:Dev blog: Ship Painting Pilot Program - in EVE Information Portal [original thread]
I think CCP have got the wrong idea entirely - special paint jobs should be tied in with gameplay. For example, having standings with factions. In other words, the different paint jobs should be used to tell everyone about the sort of things you...
